为了创新大豆品种和探讨育种技术,本研究通过空间诱变有性杂交F2,采用系谱选育方法,育成大豆新品种克山1号。该品种油分含量21.82%,蛋白质含量38.04%,2007-2008年参加国家早熟组区域试验平均产量2629.5 kg·hm-2,较对照品种黑河18号增产11.4%;生产试验平均产量2643.8kg·hm-2,较对照品种黑河43号增产6.9%,位列第一。采用shukla稳定性方差分析,克山1号产量稳定性好。2009年由国家农作物审定委员会审定(国审豆2009002)。该品种突出特点是早熟、优质、高产、稳产性好,适应性广,适合黑龙江省北部、吉林省东部山区、新疆北部和内蒙呼伦贝尔中部和南部地区春播种植。
In order to innovate soybean varieties and explore breeding techniques, this study was to breed a new soybean variety, Keshan No.1, by breeding F2 with sexual mutagenesis and using pedigree breeding method. The oil content of the cultivars was 21.82% and the protein content was 38.04%. The average yield of the national precocious group from 2007 to 2008 was 2629.5 kg · hm-2, which was 11.4% higher than the control variety Heihe 18. The average yield of the experiment was 2643.8 kg · hm- 2, 6.9% higher than the control variety Heihe 43, ranking first. Using shukla stability analysis of variance, Keshan No. 1 yield stability. In 2009 by the State Crop Validation Committee validation (review trial beans 2009002). The varieties are characterized by early maturity, high quality, high yield, good stability and yield, wide adaptability, and are suitable for spring sowing in the northern part of Heilongjiang Province, the eastern mountainous area of Jilin Province, the northern part of Xinjiang and the central and southern Hulunbeier of Inner Mongolia.
