从上世纪80年代,在国家层面明确了专门档案的管理制度后,专门档案管理逐步走上了规范化发展的道路,专门档案的社会价值和经济价值也日益凸显,尤其是处在社会变革期的今天,各种专门档案门类更加丰富,用途也更加广泛。如何使专门档案的管理更加规范、收集更加完整也就越来越成为档案工作的重点。本文从李沧区专门档案管理的实践出发,在研究了专门档案的发展历程和现状的基础上,以小见大,归纳了专门档案管理面临的问题,提出了几点思考。

The social and economic values of specialized archives have also become increasingly prominent, especially during the period of social change Today, a variety of specialized archives categories are more extensive, more extensive use. How to make the management of specialized archives more standardized and collect more complete archives has become the focus of more and more work. This article starts from the practice of specialized archives management in Licang District. On the basis of studying the development history and current situation of specialized archives, this paper summarizes the problems faced by specialized archives management and gives some considerations.
