When an athlete is doing an exercise, he asks why he did it and what his purpose is and the answers are often very inconsistent. Most athletes can not articulate their purpose, this article can help us understand the fundamentals of long jump. The ultimate goal of long jump training is to get the athlete to reach the far limit of long jump. The distance depends on the athlete’s body speed
