本文阐述了人才竞争力评价指标的研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究状况和调研成果;在借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上,设计了一套符合广东省社会经济发展特点的人才竞争力评价指标;提出了应用人才竞争力评价指标的相关建议。
This paper elaborates the research background, the significance of the research, the research status at home and abroad, and the research results of talent competitiveness evaluation index. Based on the research results at home and abroad, this paper designs a set of evaluation index of talent competitiveness in line with the characteristics of social and economic development in Guangdong Province ; Put forward some suggestions on the application of talent competitiveness evaluation index.
