对长叶缬草的化学成分进行研究,通过硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱,制备TLC和反相制备HPLC分离技术,从长叶缬草全草的乙醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,经MS和NMR等波谱技术鉴定了它们的结构,其中包括11个黄酮类化合物:6,8-二甲基芹菜素(1),6-甲基芹菜素(2),5-羟基-7,4’-二甲氧基黄酮(3),芫花素(4),金合欢素(5),芹菜素(6),槲皮素(7),麦黄酮(8),杜鹃素(9),异野樱素(10),5,3’,4’-三羟基-7-甲氧基二氢黄酮(11);2个单萜类化合物:(-)-bornyl ferulate(12)和(-)-bornyl caffeate(13)。所有化合物均为首次从该植物分离得到,化合物1,9~13为首次该从属植物中分离得到。
The chemical constituents of Valeriana officinalis were studied. Thirteen compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Valeriana officinalis through silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, preparative TLC and reverse phase preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified by MS, NMR and other spectroscopic techniques, including 11 flavonoids: 6,8-dimethyl apigenin (1), 6-methyl apigenin (2), 5-hydroxy-7,4 (3), geraniol (4), acacia (5), apigenin (6), quercetin (7), flavonoids (8) (10), 5,3 ’, 4’-trihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone (11); 2 monoterpenes: (-) - bornyl ferulate ) -bornyl caffeate (13). All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1, 9 ~ 13 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
