目的:研究缬草的黄酮类化学成分。方法:采用各种色谱方法分离纯化,通过测定理化常数和光谱分析鉴定黄酮类化合物的结构。结果:从缬草40%乙醇洗脱部位中分离并鉴定了10个黄酮类化合物,分别为:芹菜素-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、8-甲基-芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(2)、6-甲基-芹菜素-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→6)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、金合欢素-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→6)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、金合欢素-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、5-甲氧基-金合欢素-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、5-甲氧基-金合欢素-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→6)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、4’-甲基-5-甲氧基-黄酮-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、香叶木素-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、8-羟基-香蜂草苷(10)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the flavonoids of Valerian. Methods: Various chromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification. The structures of flavonoids were identified by measuring physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. Results: Ten flavonoids were isolated and identified from the eluate of 40% ethanol of valerianum, which were: apigenin -7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 6) Glucopyranosyl (1 → 2) -β-D-galactopyranoside (2), 6-D-glucopyranoside -methyl-apigenin-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 6) - [α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2)] - Glucopyranoside (3), acacetin -7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 6) - [α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (4), acacetin -7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (5) Methoxy-acacetin -7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (6) (1 → 6) - [α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2)] - β-D-glucopyranoside (7) -methoxy-flavone-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (8) -O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (9), 8-hydroxy-flavinoside (10). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
