米兰.昆德拉的作品在20世纪80年代进入中国,在90年代受到中国知识分子的关注。《不能承受的生命之轻》是米兰.昆德拉的代表作,是作家个人才华集中展现。《生命》文本中多次出现《圣经》和古希腊罗马文化中的经典故事与传说,这使叙事结构、人物形象、反复出现的场景和经典意象都有原型叙述的印记,“原型”思想是作家结构叙事、思考存在的重要立足点,这也是进入作者的叙述话语体系的重要途径,以此唤起对田园牧歌的追忆与对现代文明的困境的反思。
