应用SDS-PAGE、ELIB,ELISA等方法,对猪囊尾蚴的水溶性抗原(Ag-W)和尿素溶性抗原(Ag-u)进行对比分析。发现Ag-w和Ag-u分别有14条和9条主带被囊尾蚴病病人血清所识别;有10条和4条主带被包虫病病人血清所识别;有8条和4条主带被华支睾吸虫病患者血清所识别。ELISA检测显示、血清1:400稀释时,囊尾蚴病病人血清(60例)。Ag-w和Ag-u的阳性率分别为86.6%和96.9%,华支睾吸虫病病人血清(24例)和正常人血清均为阴性。包虫病人血清(30例)分别为46.6%和16.6%。表明两种抗原虽有与其它寄生虫产生交叉反应的成份,但Ag-u明显少于Ag-w,Ag-u的敏感性和特异性明显优于Ag-w。用Ag-u代替Ag-w进行囊尾蚴病的免疫学诊断,可提高诊断效价。
The water soluble antigen (Ag-W) and urea-soluble antigen (Ag-u) of Cysticercus cellulosae were compared by SDS-PAGE, ELIB and ELISA. Ag-w and Ag-u were found to be identified by sera from 14 patients with cysticercosis and from 9 patients with cysticercosis, respectively; 10 and 4 major bands were recognized by the serum from hydatid disease patients; 8 and 4 hosts Belt was clonorchis sinensis patients identified by serum. ELISA test showed that serum 1: 400 dilution, cysticercosis patients serum (60 cases). The positive rates of Ag-w and Ag-u were 86.6% and 96.9%, respectively. The serum of patients with clonorchiasis sinensis (24 cases) and normal people were all negative. Hydatid patients serum (30 cases) were 46.6% and 16.6%. The results showed that Ag-U was significantly less Ag-w than Ag-w, although the sensitivity and specificity of Ag-u were significantly better than that of Ag-w. The immunological diagnosis of cysticercosis with Ag-u instead of Ag-w can improve the diagnostic titer.
