GM-CSF除具有刺激粒细胞、巨噬细胞系统增殖分化作用外,近年来还发现它具有免疫调节作用。大量的研究表明,GM-CSF可促使树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)的分化和成熟,在免疫接种过程中能增强主要和次要的抗体应答反应。本文对GM-CSF在免疫治疗中的辅助作用作一综述。
In addition to GM-CSF stimulation of granulocyte and macrophage system proliferation and differentiation, in recent years has also found that it has an immunomodulatory effect. Numerous studies have shown that GM-CSF can promote the differentiation and maturation of dendritic cells (DCs) and enhance the response of major and minor antibodies during immunization. This article reviews the adjuvant effect of GM-CSF in immunotherapy.
