近年来,全国各大高职院校在课程管理和教学方法中进行了一些改革并且取得了不小的改革成果,尤其是对教师思想观念的转变和教学方式的探索等方面做出了很大的调整,这对于我国高校教育的发展是相当重要的。高职院校法律专业可以说还处于初始阶段,如何使学习法律专业的学生成为社会认可的专业性人才就成为高职院校教学亟待解决的研究课题。但是,就目前的情形看来,高职法律教学还存在许多问题,本文就针对高职院校法律专业在课程管理和教学方法方面存在的一些问题做出一些分析,并试着找出一些更加合理和科学的教学改革方法。
