目前,在民法教学中,很多教师都对教学方法进行了创新与改革,传统的教学方式已经不能够满足学生的学习需求,同时也不能达到最终的教学目的,传统的教学模式使学生处在被动的状态。现如今,很多教师对教学方法进行了深刻研究,准备将案例加入教学中,增加学生的敏感度,使学生能够加深对法律专业知识的记忆,同时能够提升学生的综合素质还有各项学习技能。在进行案例和教学方法相结合的同时,要注意一些使用事项。就目前我国对法学学生的相关民法教学的教学方法进行了研究,对进行教学方法的创新,将案例运用到法学教学中去,提高学生的自主学习意识,帮助学生更加轻松地理解法律知识的内涵,并且能够熟练地运用到今后的工作中。提出相应的运用策略,帮助教师顺利地进行民法教学。

At present, the teaching method of law teaching for civil law students in our country is studied, and the innovation of teaching methods is used to apply the case to law teaching so as to enhance students’ sense of autonomous learning and help students understand the connotation of legal knowledge more easily , And can be proficient in the future work. Put forward corresponding application tactics, help the teacher carry on civil law teaching smoothly.
