合成了一种用于聚酯改性的扩链剂2,2'-双(2-噁唑啉),探讨了工艺条件对产物收率的影响,并用红外光谱和熔点测定手段对产物进行了表征。实验结果表明,以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,反应物和带水剂分批加入,原料乙醇与草酸的摩尔比为4:1,中间产物草酸二乙酯的收率可达85%;以乙醇为溶剂,苯为带水剂,2,2'-双(2-噁唑啉)的总收率可达80%,产品纯度高于98%。
