论述场致发射显示(FED)驱动系统的工作原理,介绍了STV7610的性能以及作为列图像驱动器的接口电路及其现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的控制技术等。采用STW610芯片和位帧显示技术研制出了FED显示器驱动电路。图像亮度达 160 cd/m2、对比度达300:1,显示分辨率为320×240,电路灰度等级达256级,有效显示对角线尺寸为25英寸。
The working principle of field emission display (FED) drive system is introduced. The performance of STV7610, the interface circuit as column image driver and the control technology of field programmable gate array (FPGA) are introduced. Using STW610 chip and bit frame display technology has developed a FED display driver circuit. Image brightness of 160 cd / m2, contrast ratio of 300: 1, the display resolution of 320 × 240, the circuit gray scale of 256, the effective display diagonal size of 25 inches.
