本文以夏天赳教授在一九七九年锻压年会上发表的论文《摩擦离合器的发热现象及其解决的途径》为依据,进一步讨论了实现该论文中所提出的能量回收系统的关键问题一油泵(兼作油马达)的排油量问题。为了得到确定该泵排油量的合理参数,本文首先对压力机的整个制动过程进行了分析,即对影响压力机实际制功角的各种因素进行了分析。并且对目前正常使用的压力机的实际制动角进行了测量。基于实验结果和理论分析,文中对压力机实际制动角的计算方法提出了自己的看法。同时,从提高压力机可靠性和灵敏性的角度出发,对压力机气动摩擦离合器—制动器的结构设计和气路设计谈了自己的观点。根据上述实验和分析以及实测的结果,决定了计算该能量回收泵排油量的参数,进而确定了该能量回收泵的排油量。
Based on the paper entitled “The Fever Phenomenon of Friction Clutch and Its Solutions”, which was published by Professor Xia Tianli at the 1979 Annual Meeting on Forging, this paper further discusses the key issue of realizing the energy recovery system proposed in this paper. Oil pump (also serves as oil motor) of the oil discharge problem. In order to get a reasonable parameter to determine the displacement of the pump, this paper analyzes the entire braking process of the press, that is, the various factors affecting the actual power angle of the press are analyzed. And the actual braking angle of the press normally used at present is measured. Based on the experimental results and theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward my own opinion on the calculation method of actual braking angle of press. At the same time, from the point of view of improving the reliability and sensitivity of the press, the author put forward his own viewpoints on the structural design and gas path design of the pneumatic friction clutch-brake on the press. According to the above experiment and analysis as well as the measured results, the parameters for calculating the oil discharge of the energy recovery pump are determined, and the oil discharge of the energy recovery pump is determined.
