研究工业绿色全要素生产率的变动规律和演化趋势对我国未来工业发展提供了很好的借鉴,是实现我国工业绿色转型的基础。本文基于Malmquist-Lunberger指数和Bootstrap纠偏估计方法测算了全国29个省区1998-2014年工业绿色全要素生产率及其分解指标,分析了全国和分地区工业绿色全要素生产率及其分解指标的演变特征,并提出有针对性的政策建议。
Studying the changing law and evolution trend of industrial total factor productivity provides a good reference for China’s future industrial development and is the basis for realizing the green transformation of China’s industry. Based on Malmquist-Lunberger index and Bootstrap correction estimation method, this paper estimates the industrial green total factor productivity and its decomposition index from 1998 to 2014 in 29 provinces and autonomous regions across China and analyzes the evolution characteristics of industrial green total factor productivity and its decomposition index in China and sub-regions , And made targeted policy recommendations.
