目的建立一种数据准确、检验快速、灵敏度高的检验方法实时监测化妆品中的汞。方法在国标《化妆品卫生规范》(2007版)中汞的检验方法提供的实验条件下,结合新的样品前处理方法,通过反复测定摸索出适合本地、本机的优化实验条件。结果所测10份化妆品样品,汞的含量均小于0.002 mg/k;回收率在95.5%~116.5%;相对标准偏差2.34%。结论原子荧光法结合低污染、低损失的微波消解样品以及优化的实验条件充分保证了实验数据的可靠性和稳定性。
OBJECTIVE To establish a real-time monitoring method for mercury in cosmetics by establishing a data accurate, rapid and sensitive test method. Methods Under the experimental conditions provided by the mercury test method in the national standard “Cosmetic hygiene specification” (2007 edition), the optimized experimental conditions suitable for local and local machines were determined through repeated measurements by combining with new sample pretreatment methods. Results The contents of mercury in 10 cosmetic samples were less than 0.002 mg / k, the recoveries were 95.5% ~ 116.5%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.34%. Conclusion The atomic fluorescence spectrometry combined with low-pollution, low-loss microwave digestion samples and optimized experimental conditions fully ensure the reliability and stability of the experimental data.
