为减少环境污染及改善水泥混凝土路面的韧性,研究了硅灰改性橡胶混凝土的路用性能。通过密度、抗折强度、抗压强度及劈裂强度试验,研究了掺硅灰的橡胶混凝土基本力学性能及物性的变化规律,试验分析了混凝土的冲击韧性;采用噪声仪及超声波仪研究了橡胶混凝土的减振降噪效果。试验研究表明,硅灰的掺加,提高了普通混凝土的抗折强度、抗压强度及劈裂强度;随着橡胶颗粒体积掺量的增加,橡胶混凝土的密度、抗折强度、抗压强度、劈裂强度与压折比逐渐降低;橡胶颗粒的掺加提高了混凝土的冲击韧性,噪声水平有所下降;随着橡胶掺量的增加,混凝土的阻尼降噪效果越明显;当橡胶颗粒体积掺量不超过30%粗集料时,可获得路用性能较优的橡胶混凝土路面材料。
In order to reduce environmental pollution and improve the toughness of cement concrete pavement, the road performance of silica fume modified rubber concrete was studied.
