目的本文通过对本院的临床生化检验误差结果的有关资料进行分析,探讨出对临床生化检验结果会产生影响的相关因素,并提出应对的方法。方法对近年来在本院的临床生化检验方面发生较大误差的患者进行复检,对复检的结果进行分析比较,对出现误差的相关因素进行分析,并制定出解决问题的对策。结果经过复检后,出现误差较大的主要因素包括:严重的溶血、血液采集方法与实验室相关的因素中标本处理不当等三个方面,我们随机选取这三个方面的病例各2例,分为1、2、3、4等4个标本号,对各标本号复检的结果进行分析比较,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对临床中生化检验结果产生影响的因素进行及时的分析,并采取有效的策略进行应对,能够提升检验的准确性,为临床提供准确的诊断依据。
Objective This article analyzes the clinical biochemical test error results of the relevant data to explore the clinical biochemical test results will have an impact on the relevant factors and propose ways to deal with. Methods In recent years in our hospital clinical biochemical tests in patients with greater errors in the re-examination of the results of the review to compare and analyze the factors related to the error analysis and work out solutions to the problem. Results After the re-examination, the main factors of larger error include: serious haemolysis, blood collection methods and lab-related factors in the improper handling of specimens in three aspects, we randomly selected two cases of each of these three aspects, Divided into 1, 2, 3, 4 and other 4 specimen numbers. The results of each specimen number were analyzed and compared, with significant statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions The factors influencing the results of biochemical tests in clinic are analyzed timely and effective strategies are taken to deal with them, which can improve the accuracy of the tests and provide an accurate diagnosis basis for clinical diagnosis.
