针对绿灯信号倒计时与其他道路交通因素对交通运行的综合作用问题,选择6处道路交叉口为调查地点,使用雷达测速设备采集进口道自由流车速及车辆通过的时间点,同时标记超速数据。运用描述统计及假设检验、方差分析、列联表等推断统计方法分析速度均值、离散度、超速率等数据与绿灯信号倒计时等因素之间的关系。结果发现:是否安装交通违法检测设备对车速均值具有显著影响,而绿灯信号倒计时则没有显著影响;在绿灯信号倒计时且无交通违法检测设备的情况下,车辆速度均值会更高;绿灯倒计时会对超速比例产生影响。研究结果表明,单独使用绿灯信号倒计时会对交通安全产生不利影响,应同时安装交通违法检测设备,会使车速与超速率得到有效控制。
In view of the integrated effect of the green light signal countdown and other road traffic factors on traffic operation, six road intersections were selected as the survey sites. Radar speed measuring devices were used to collect the free-flow speed of the entrance road and the passing time of vehicles, and the over-speed data was marked. The relationship between data such as speed mean value, dispersion degree and over speed data and countdown of green light signal is analyzed by deductive statistical methods such as descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing, variance analysis and contingency table. The results show that whether the traffic violation detection equipment is installed has a significant effect on the vehicle speed mean value, while the green light signal countdown has no significant effect. When the green light signal countdown and no traffic violation detection equipment, the average vehicle speed will be higher. Overspeed ratio has an impact. The results show that the use of green light signal countdown alone will have an adverse effect on traffic safety. Traffic violation detection equipment should be installed at the same time, which will effectively control the speed and over speed.
