研究了20、20Cr、T12和W18Cr4V(18—4—1)四种钢试样在不同热处理状态下经受激光表面硬化、复层和上釉的处理。激光照射条件是:用墨汁、Ni—B—Si粉和WC粉黑化;功率密度为8,000W/Cm~2和23,400W/Cm~2; 扫描速度为 7.8—24.7mm/s。进行了金相、电镜、显微硬度和耐蚀性研究。指出激光表面处理可以获得超高硬度和良好的耐蚀性,特别是Ni—B—Si粉激光上釉有很高的耐蚀性。在本试验条件下进行激光照射还不能得到非晶态的表层。
Four kinds of steel samples of 20, 20Cr, T12 and W18Cr4V (18-4-1) were treated by laser surface hardening, cladding and glazing under different heat treatment conditions. Laser irradiation conditions were: blackening with ink, Ni-B-Si powder and WC powder; power densities of 8,000 W / cm ~ 2 and 23,400 W / cm ~ 2; scanning speed of 7.8-24.7 mm / s. Metallography, electron microscopy, microhardness and corrosion resistance were studied. It is pointed out that the laser surface treatment can obtain ultra-high hardness and good corrosion resistance, especially the Ni-B-Si powder laser has a high corrosion resistance. Under the experimental conditions of laser irradiation can not get the amorphous surface.
