应用高功率二极管激光器对H13钢进行了表面硬化研究。本试验中除激光功率和扫描速度外,表面加热温度被选作为特定的激光处理参数。试验结果表明,尽管激光设定功率和扫描速度相同,一旦表面处理温度设定不同,获得的表面硬化层的深度、宽度和显微组织有所不同。作为典型试样,其表面加热温度为1400℃时,硬化层的显微组织依次为柱状晶区+等轴晶区+相变硬化区+热影响区+基体。
H13 steel was hardened by high power diode laser. In this test, the surface heating temperature was selected as a specific laser processing parameter in addition to the laser power and the scanning speed. The experimental results show that the depth, width and microstructure of the resulting hardened layer are different, provided that the laser setting power and scanning speed are the same, once the surface temperature is set differently. As a typical sample, when the surface heating temperature is 1400 ℃, the microstructure of the hardened layer followed by columnar zone + equiaxed zone + phase transformation hardening zone + heat affected zone + matrix.
