糖尿病酮症酸中毒是糖尿病最严重的并发症之一,如不及时治疗,可导致生命危险引起死亡。我科近5年来对62例糖尿病酮症酸中毒及糖尿病患者进行抢救及治疗,均收到较好效果,现将护理体会报告如下。1 糖尿病酮症酸中毒的预防1.1 加强对糖尿病患者的卫生宣传。我们通过多种形式对糖尿病高危患者进行预防酮症酸中毒知识的宣传教育,强调患者戒烟,坚持运动,积极治疗糖尿病,同时了解患者的心理问题,告诉他们只要积极治疗糖尿病,糖尿病酮症酸中毒是可以预防。
