LPT激光物理技术公司研制出测量距离及速度的组合式激光干涉仪。由于LOS系统在三轴坐标系中速度为Ims~(-1)时分辨率可达20m,所以,它可用于综合测量。在日常工作中,LOS是一个重要的测量工具,如机械工具的软件校正、微电子学、地震学和许多其它计量中的校准工件。单轴的最大测量距离为30m,三轴同时测量的最大距离为10m。稳频He-Ne激光器的功率为1mW。抽样时间在0.1ms和1000ms之间。该系统易于操作,并能工作在不同的大气环境
LPT Laser Physics developed a combined laser interferometer for measuring distance and speed. Since the LOS system has a resolution of 20 m at a speed of 1 ms -1 in a three-axis coordinate system, it can be used for comprehensive measurement. LOS is an important measurement tool in routine work, such as software calibration of mechanical tools, microelectronics, seismology, and many other calibrated calibration workpieces.
