本文总结了用模型实验方法研究摇包内液体的运动规律。根据一系列的实验结果得出了计算临界转速的实验公式。在10吨摇包上用铁水进行临界转速实验,结果证明,与生产实际基本相符。因而,为生产操作提供了最佳摇转制度的数据。
This paper summarizes the model experiment to study the movement law of the liquid in the rocker. Based on a series of experimental results, the experimental formula for calculating the critical speed is obtained. 10 tons of rocking on the use of molten iron at critical speed experiments, the results show that basically consistent with the production. As a result, the data for the optimum swiveling system is provided for production operations.
