基础教育课程改革进入深水区后,学校遇到的最大问题就是如何对学校课程进行整体规划,借助课程的结构化实现学校教育减负增效,促进每一个学生终身发展、健康成长。本文引入文化的视角,运用信念和价值观这一文化核心要素引领学校课程体系的整体建构;利用文化的育人功能,围绕基于发展学生核心素养的学校育人目标,进行学校课程体系的系统开发。
After the reform of basic education curriculum in Sham Shui Po District, the biggest problem encountered by schools is how to plan the school curriculum as a whole. With the help of the curriculum structure, the school education can reduce the negative effects and enhance the efficiency so as to promote the lifelong development and healthy growth of every student. This article introduces the cultural perspective and uses the cultural core elements of belief and values to lead the overall construction of the school curriculum system. By using the educational function of culture, the school curriculum system is systematically developed based on the goal of educating students based on their core qualifications.
