贵刊1985年第4期刊登的《在PFS600型测齿仪上测量圆柱齿轮的齿面光洁度》一文,读后觉得记录曲线的截取需作进一步明确和补充。由渐开线性质可知: φ=ρ/r_b 渐开线齿面从基圆到某点的长度为:或ρ=Sd_b~(1/2) (2) 由(1) 式可知,若将齿面长度等分,则每等分的齿面所对应的测量展开长度ρ并不相等,齿根处齿面每等分长度所对应的测量展开长度ρ长,齿顶部分齿面每等分长度所对应的测量展开长度ρ短。换句话说,齿根处齿面每等分在记录曲线中占的长度长,齿顶处齿面每等分在记录曲线中占的长度短。下面举例说明记录曲线不等距的截取方
