近日,国家发展改革委、住房城乡建设部、交通运输部、国家铁路局、中国铁路总公司联合发布《关于促进市域(郊)铁路发展的指导意见》(以下简称《意见》)。《意见》提出,至2020年,京津冀、长江三角洲、珠江三角洲、长江中游、成渝等经济发达地区超大、特大城市及具备条件的大城市,市域(郊)铁路骨干线路基本形成,构建核心区至周边主要区域的1小时通勤圈;其余城市群和城镇化地区具备条件的城市启动市域(郊)铁路规划建设工作。
Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Ministry of Transport, State Administration of Railways and China Railway Corporation jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of Railway in Suburban (Suburban) (hereinafter referred to as “Opinion”). According to the Opinion, by 2020, the major railway lines in mega-cities, mega-cities and large cities with the conditions in the economically developed areas in Beijing, Tianjin, the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and Chengdu-Chongqing have basically taken shape and constructed 1 hour commuter circle from the core area to the surrounding main area; the remaining urban agglomerations and cities with urbanization areas have started the planning and construction of the suburban railways.
