目的观察小切口去脂联合连续埋线重睑术修复不对称双睑皮的临床效果。方法选取2014年2月-2015年12月医院收治的不对称双睑皮患者50例为研究对象,根据手术方式的不同分为观察组(小切口去脂联合连续埋线重睑术,26例)和对照组(常规整形修复术,24例),比较2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间、疗效及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量及愈合时间均少于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小切口去脂联合连续埋线重睑术修复不对称双睑皮整形可减少手术创伤,降低术后并发症发生率,具有较好的疗效和较高的手术安全性。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of small incision degreasing combined with continuous double eyelid surgery to repair asymmetric double eyelid. Methods Fifty patients with asymmetric double-skin eyelid treated in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the study group, and were divided into observation group (small incision plus liposuction combined with continuous double eyelid surgery, 26 cases ) And control group (conventional plastic surgery, 24 cases). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, healing time, curative effect and complication of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and healing time in observation group were less than those in control group (P <0.01). The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The complication rate in observation group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Small incision degreasing combined with continuous double eyelid surgery to repair asymmetric double-eyelid plastic surgery can reduce trauma and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, with good efficacy and high surgical safety.
