在唐山调查研究期间,笔者曾就股份制的有关问题与豪门集团公司董事长陈世增同志有次对话。笔者:改革开放十几年来,企业实行承包制是一项重大的改革,成功的尝试,曾一度有过“包”家进厂,一“包”就灵之说,随着市场经济理论的提出,股份制又成为人们议论的新话题,请您结合贵公司的发展谈谈这方面的看法。陈世增:国有企业的毛病比较多,有体制上的,也有经营方面的,还有管理及其外部环境上的不少问题,试图用哪一种办法来“包治百病”都不现实。现在将股份制作为企业改革的一个方向,是经过多少年探索、试点和反复比较做出的重大选择,去年初我们组建了豪门啤酒股份有限公司,1992年,公司销售收入9624万元,利税总额3560万元,去年销售收入两亿多元,利税7700多万元,比上年翻了一番。
