输精管结扎术,为常用的男扎绝育手术。只要手术者政治责任心强,适应症、禁忌症掌握得好,操作细致是安全可靠的,深受广大群众的欢迎。若注意不够,疏忽大意,造成术后并发症是会给受术者带来痛苦,而有碍计划生育工作的开展。为此当出现任何并发症时,均应严肃处理,认真对待,积极治疗,及遵循毛主席“要认真总结经验”的教导,为提高手术质量,将71年9月——75年3月(共3年6个月)收治住院的输精管结扎术后血肿22例的处理分析如下:
