本文介绍一种新的以动脉压为反馈量的频率自适应型起搏器,它可纠治起搏病人的直立性低血压。该起搏器以VVI模式为基础,增加舒张压的变化量对频率调节的机制。该装置以体外起搏的形式成功地应用于四条房室传导阻滞的清醒狗,得到了令人满意的效果。
This article describes a new type of frequency-dependent pacemaker that uses arterial pressure as feedback to correct orthostatic hypotension in pacing patients. Based on the VVI mode, this pacemaker increases the mechanism by which the amount of change in diastolic pressure regulates the frequency. The device has been successfully applied to awake dogs with four AV block in vitro pacing and has achieved satisfactory results.
