自2004年6月以来,上海退休职工大学积极组织老年学员参与老年教育理论研究活动,取得明显成效。一、老年教育科研需要老年学员参与老年教育事业的发展,呼唤老年教育科研的加强。但由于老年学校教育发展历史较短等原因,老年教育自身科研队伍尚未形成一定规模。因此,争取方方面面的支持来推动老年教育科研的发展显得格外重要。组织吸引老年学员参与到老年教育科研中
Since June 2004, the retired workers’ university in Shanghai has actively organized senior students to participate in the theoretical research activities of the elderly education and achieved remarkable results.
