目的:探讨X线数字化仰卧水平投照侧位片在新生儿肺气漏诊断中的重要意义。方法:回顾分析48例新生儿肺气漏的投照体位及影像表现,重点分析水平侧位片在诊断中的应用,以及数字化摄影系统的后处理在诊断中的价值。结果:气胸28例,纵隔气肿14例,气胸合并纵隔气肿6例;正位片显示肺气漏27例,侧位片显示48例,经统计学处理发现是否加照水平侧位对确定诊断有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:X线数字化仰卧水平投照侧位片能肯定肺气漏的诊断,并能明确气漏的部位、范围、程度,数字化系统的后处理功能,使得肺气漏更容易被发现,在指导临床治疗上具有重要的应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the significance of X-ray digitized lateral supine lateral radiographs in the diagnosis of neonatal pulmonary air leaks. Methods: Forty-eight neonates with pulmonary air leak were retrospectively analyzed. The emphases and imaging findings of pulmonary air leak were retrospectively analyzed. The application of horizontal lateral radiographs in the diagnosis and the value of post-processing of digital photography system were analyzed. Results: There were 28 cases of pneumothorax, 14 cases of mediastinal emphysema and 6 cases of pneumothorax with mediastinal emphysema. The anteroposterior radiograph showed 27 cases of pulmonary air leak and the lateral radiographs showed 48 cases. According to the statistical analysis, The diagnosis was statistically significant (P <0.005). Conclusions: X-ray digitized supine horizontal lateral radiographs can confirm the diagnosis of pulmonary air leaks, and can identify the location, extent and degree of air leaks and the post-processing functions of the digital system so as to make it easier for pulmonary air leaks to be found. Clinical treatment has important application value.
