水电工程施工过程比较复杂,运用数学方法进行企业成本管理,我国还处于初步发展阶段。运用这个方法进行成本管理首先要引入“企社比”这个概念,所谓企社比即企业施工产出指标与社会产出指标之比,企社比越大,说明企业施工成本越低、效益越好,也说明工艺管理水平越高,竞争力越强。用数学法管理成本对施工企业投标报价,企业定额测定,施工成本封闭管理等都有指导作用。
