目的:分析对行支气管镜检查的患儿进行心理干预后焦虑情绪改善情况,提出有效改善患儿心理焦虑问题的心理干预方法。方法:对温州医科大学附属第二医院近1年中需行支气管镜检查的282例患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,,每组141例。对照组在行支气管镜检查前进行常规护理,观察组常规护理的基础上,对不同时期的患儿,根据心理发育情况进行针对性的心理干预。结果:观察组行支气管镜检查的配合率为97.2%,高于对照组的62.1%(P<0.05);且检查的成功率也较对照组高。结论:对患儿行支气管镜检查前,给予相应的心理干预,能够有效提高患儿的配合率和检查的成功率,提高护理质量。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the improvement of anxiety in children undergoing bronchoscopy after psychological intervention, and put forward the psychological intervention method to effectively improve children’s psychological anxiety. Methods: A total of 282 children undergoing bronchoscopy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University during the past year were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 141 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine nursing before bronchoscopy, and on the basis of conventional nursing in the observation group, targeted psychological intervention was conducted according to the psychological development in children of different periods. Results: The combined rate of bronchoscopy in observation group was 97.2%, which was higher than that in control group (62.1%, P <0.05). The success rate of examination was also higher than that of control group. Conclusion: Before the bronchoscopy is performed, the corresponding psychological intervention is given to the children, which can effectively improve the rate of cooperation and the success rate of examination in order to improve the nursing quality.
