小课题研究是大面积提升教师专业素养的重要载体。为了突破小课题研究管理中面临的“技术指导不畅,监控管理失控,教师信心激励不足”等问题,推进中以“博客联盟”为手段,建立了县校联通的博客网络管理体系,并立足课题研究的五个阶段设置了相应的管理栏目,充分发挥了博客在课题“论证、公示、访问、推广”等方面的重要作用,有效夯实了小课题研究过程,提高了小课题研究效益。
