爱国主义是中华民族的优良传统,也是中国历代名著讴歌的永恒主题。这种优良传统和永恒主题,象一条红线鲜明地贯穿在语文课本的始终。中学语文教学必须深入开掘和充分利用这一丰富的思想宝藏,用灵活多样的方法对学生进行爱国主义教育。 语文教学中的爱国主义教育的内容极其丰富,对学生进行爱国主义教育的领域异常宽广。课本中,举凡描述奇伟的风光和文物、杰出的人物和发明,都能激发学生的民族自豪感,都应纳入爱国主义教育的范畴。至于直接描写不朽的爱国志士,抒发光辉的爱国感情的课文,则更是爱国主义教育的好教材。
Patriotism is a fine tradition of the Chinese nation and it is also an eternal theme of Chinese classic songs. This fine tradition and eternal theme, like a red line, runs through the language textbooks. Chinese language teaching in middle schools must deeply dig and make full use of this rich treasure of thought, and use a flexible and diverse method to educate students on patriotism. The content of patriotism education in Chinese language teaching is extremely rich, and the field of patriotism education for students is unusually broad. In the textbooks, the depiction of extraordinary scenery and cultural relics, outstanding figures and inventions can inspire students’ national pride and should be included in the category of patriotic education. As for the patriots who directly describe immortals, the texts that are radiant and patriotic, are even better textbooks for patriotism education.
