美国教育改革者在不动摇“为考试而教”观念繁荣基础上,在优质学校联盟建立了学生表现评定体系。它改变了“课程→教学→评定”的线性范式,代之以一种新的、更具有流动性的“从结果返回计划”的范式,要求教师将课程、教学、评定一体化的设想注入到课堂的日常生活中去,对我国基础教育改革很具有借鉴意义。文章就美国学生表现评定体系的基本思想、设计的基本步骤和在美国的具体实施作了一简要的窥探。
