1989年5月,省教委颁发了在全省中小学试行中小学各科教学常规的通知,同时把中小学语文等十二科的教学常规的具体内容分发给各地参照试行。由于教学常规是省教研室在反复调查研究的基础上制订的,因此,它的试行无疑会对我省中小学教学质量的提高起着极大的推动作用。但是,仍有不少青年教师对此认识不足。 为了加深对教学常规的理解,我想谈几点粗浅的认识,供青年教师们参考。
In May 1989, the Provincial Board of Education issued a notice on the teaching practice of primary and secondary schools in primary and secondary schools across the province. At the same time, the specific contents of the teaching practice of 12 subjects, including Chinese and primary schools, were distributed to all localities for reference and trial implementation. Since the teaching routine was formulated on the basis of repeated investigation and research by the provincial teaching and research section, its trial will undoubtedly play a significant role in promoting the improvement of teaching quality in primary and secondary schools in our province. However, many young teachers still have insufficient knowledge of this. In order to deepen my understanding of the teaching routine, I would like to talk about some superficial understandings for young teachers.
