特色普通高中的“普通”二字是相对于职业学校而言的,普通高中的特色发展,应该是遵循普适性的原则,面向全体学生的特色发展。因此,在特色课程的设计上,应该考虑到不同学生的个性特长和多元发展需求,既要关注普适性,也要兼顾差异性。曹杨中学在“环境素养培育”特色课程的设计上采用分层与分类相结合的方式,在确保课程惠及全体学生的同时,给予较高兴趣度的学生更为广阔的发展空间,从而满足了不同层面学生的需求。
