差旅费报销制度已到非改革不可的地步。如今,党政机关及事业单位现行的差旅费报销制度,已经远远背离实际:差旅费报销的标准太低,与宾馆、招待所的收费标准严重脱节;差旅费支出出现了严重的倒挂或向企业转移的现象。
Travel reimbursement system has reached the point of non-reform. Nowadays, the current system of reimbursement of travel expenses for party and government organs and public institutions has been far from reality: the standard of reimbursement for travel expenses is too low and is seriously out of line with the charges for hotels and guest houses; the phenomenon of serious upside-down or transfer to enterprises for travel expenses .
