我国建立社会主义市场经济,无疑会使企业面 临许多新课题。企业在市场竞争中能否立于不败之地,涉及到方方面面的改革,其中最主要的就是转换企业经营机制。企业转换经营机制,在管理职能、机制运转、人事安排等方面都有较大的改变,而这些改变实质上是对人的素质的新要求。职工教育是培养人才的重要途径,在企业转换经营机制中服务功能也较以前大不相同。那么,在这种新形势下企业职工教育发展将会出现什么情况?
Establishing a socialist market economy in our country undoubtedly will make enterprises face many new topics. Enterprises in the market competition can be invincible, involving all aspects of reform, the most important of which is the conversion of business management mechanisms. The business transformation mechanism has been greatly changed in management functions, mechanism operation and personnel arrangement, and these changes are essentially new requirements on the quality of people. Staff education is an important way to train qualified personnel, and the service functions in the enterprise transformation management mechanism are also quite different from before.
