我们观察了0.3mol/L盐酸及无水乙醇致清醒大鼠胃粘膜损伤后其表面疏水性及粘液凝胶层中磷脂含量的改变,发现表面接触角变小;粘膜刮取物(粘液凝胶层粘液)与疏水探针混合液萤光强度减弱(P<0.01),这种减弱主要由于疏水基团总量的减少,而非单个基团的疏水性改变所致;刮取物中总磷脂含量减少及蛋白含量下降(P皆<0.01);疏水探针萤光强度、接触角、总磷脂及蛋白含量变化趋势一致,相互间相关性好[r=0.816(P<0.01),0.933(P<0.001)〗,且皆与溃疡指数呈负相关r=-0.644(P<0.05),-0.937(P<0.001)]。本实验同时用各种参数直接阐明了盐酸、乙醇致胃粘液层磷脂、粘蛋白减少→粘液层疏水基团含量减少及其表面接触角变小→该层疏水性减弱间的相互关系
We observed the surface hydrophobicity and phospholipid content in mucus gel layer of conscious rat gastric mucosal injury induced by 0.3mol / L hydrochloric acid and ethanol, found that the contact angle of the surface became smaller; mucosal scrape (mucus condensate (P <0.01). The decrease was mainly due to the decrease of the total amount of hydrophobic groups, not due to the hydrophobic change of single groups. Scrape (P <0.01). Fluorescence intensity, contact angle, total phospholipid and protein content of hydrophobic probe showed the same trend with good correlation [r = 0.816 (P <0.01), 0.933 (P <0.001), and all were negatively correlated with ulcer index (r = -0.644, P < )]. In this experiment, we also clarified directly the decrease of phospholipid and mucin in gastric mucus layer induced by hydrochloric acid and ethanol and the decrease of the hydrophobic group content of mucus layer and the decrease of the contact angle of the surface layer → the decrease of the hydrophobicity of the layer
