在虚拟的网络空间,人的生存超越获得了超常的精神体验,这为网络承载价值预期提供了认识论根据。让网络承载相关的价值预期,由此而形成的伦理关涉可能有独善其身的美好愿景,但往往导致了与善意动机不一致的伦理风险,从而引起了人们的伦理恐慌。人们关于网络社会的伦理恐慌是对这一环境的控诉:技术的过分强势及由此导致技术意识的强化。过分强化的技术意识失落的是文化生命的生息,网络社会的伦理恐慌源于它自身文化建构的滞后。
In the virtual cyberspace, people’s surpassing of life has gained an extraordinary spiritual experience, which provides an epistemological basis for the expected value of network bearer. Letting the network bear the related expectation of value, the resulting ethical concern may have a good vision of being alone, but often leads to ethical risks that are inconsistent with the motive of goodwill, thus arousing people’s ethical panic. People’s ethical panic about cyber society is a complaint against this environment: the over-strength of technology and the resulting intensification of technical awareness. Over-intensified technical awareness is the loss of cultural life, ethical panic in Internet society stems from the lag of its own cultural construction.
