Few experts systematically study the health effects of mental states. However, the American physiologist Elma had experimented with inserting a glass tube in an ice-water mixing container at exactly zero degrees Celsius and collecting people The “Qi-Shui” under different emotional states depicts a “psychological map” of people’s anger. The experiment found that when people are calm, the exhaled condensate water is clear and colorless, free of impurities; when angry, there is a purple precipitate. Ermar injected the “angry water” that someone had exhaled when they were angry and injected it into the rats. After a few minutes, the rats died. From this analysis, when people angry physiological reaction is very strong, secretions more complex than ever, and more toxic. Therefore, angry people are difficult to health, more difficult to longevity.
