[目的]了解两型豆(Amphicarpaea edgeworthii Benth.)种子硬实特性,探讨破除种子休眠的方法。[方法]以两型豆种子为材料,观察种子形态特征,并采用浓硫酸处理、热水烫种、机械损伤等方法处理两型豆地上种子,探讨了两型豆地上种子的硬实特性和破除种子休眠的方法,同时探讨了两型豆种子萌发的适宜温度。[结果]两型豆地上种子为扁圆形,长3.38mm,宽3.02mm,厚1.88mm,千粒重为15.32g,自然成熟后硬实率高达98%,地下种子近扁球形,最大直径可达15mm,百粒重50.08~58.26g;破除硬实方法中,以划破种皮和浓硫酸处理20min效果最好,热水烫种处理效果最差;20℃~30℃恒温条件下萌发是两型豆地上种子萌发的最适温度,而30/20℃变温为两型豆地下种子萌发的最适温度。[结论]破除两型豆种子硬实效果最好的方法是划破种皮和浓硫酸处理20min。
[Objective] The study aimed to understand the hardwood characteristics of two types of beans (Amphicarpaea edgeworthii Benth.) And discuss the method of breaking dormancy of seeds. [Method] With two types of bean seeds as materials, morphological characteristics of seeds were observed. The ground seeds of two types of beans were treated by concentrated sulfuric acid, hot water and mechanical injury, and the hardwood characteristics and breaking Seed dormancy method, at the same time to discuss the appropriate temperature of two types of bean germination. [Result] The ground seed of two types of beans was oblate, 3.38mm in length, 3.02mm in width, 1.88mm in thickness and 15.32g in 1000-grain weight. Hard seeds were as high as 98% after natural ripening. The seeds were nearly spherical with a maximum diameter of 15mm , 100-grain weight 50.08 ~ 58.26g; break hard method, to cut the seed coat and concentrated sulfuric acid treatment 20min the best, hot water hot seed treatment the worst; 20 ℃ ~ 30 ℃ under the conditions of temperature germination is two types of beans The optimum temperature for the seed germination on the ground, while the temperature change of 30/20 ℃ was the optimum temperature for the seed germination of two types of beans. [Conclusion] The best method to get rid of the hard effect of two types of bean seeds was to cut the seed coat and concentrate sulfuric acid for 20 min.
