目的 :调查机场工作人员急救知识、态度与行为现状及其培训需求,为有效开展机场急救培训提供依据。方法 :采用简单随机抽样法,抽取127名机场工作人员作为调查对象。应用自编问卷进行人口学资料、培训需求现状及急救知信行状况的调查,并分析其结果。结果 :机场工作人员急救知识和行为得分较低,态度得分较高,知信行得分三者两两间呈正相关(P<0.05)。96.8%的调查对象认为自己有必要接受急救培训。结论 :机场工作人员对急救知识和行为掌握不佳,亟待提高;急救态度较积极,但缺乏施救信心,培训需求强烈。需广泛对其开展急救培训,同时还应出台相关的法律保护施救者。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the current situation and training needs of first aid knowledge, attitude and behavior of airport staffs and provide the basis for effective airport emergency training. Methods: Using simple random sampling method, 127 airport staffs were selected as the survey subjects. Using self-made questionnaires for demographic data, the status quo of training needs and the status of first aid and information to investigate and analyze the results. Results: The scores of first aid knowledge and behavior of airport staff were lower, the scores of attitudes were higher, and the scores of CBR were positively correlated with each other (P <0.05). 96.8% of the respondents think they need to receive first aid training. Conclusion: The airport staff have poor mastery of first aid knowledge and behavior and need to be improved urgently. First aid attitude is more positive, but there is lack of rescue and confidence and training needs are strong. They need to carry out first aid training extensively, and relevant laws should be promulgated to protect the rescuers.
