为研究庆阳地区果园土壤有机质含量对土壤氮素营养的影响,对30个果园和临近地块大田土壤进行了有机质含量和氮素营养的农化测定对比分析。结果表明:果园土壤平均有机质含量为13.12g·kg-1,平均全氮含量为0.75g·kg-1,平均速效氮含量为75.97mg·kg-1;大田土壤平均有机质含量为10.50g·kg-1,平均全氮含量为0.70g·kg-1,平均速效氮含量为52.50mg·kg-1。与当地大田土壤养分含量相比,果园土壤有机质、全氮、速效氮的含量较高。大田土壤有机质与全氮含量的相关关系为y=0.064 3x+0.032 4,相关系数R2=0.707 3,全氮与速效氮含量之间的相关关系为y=57.917x+11.808,相关系数R2=0.659 5;果园土壤的有机质与全氮、全氮与速效氮之间无明显的相关性。
In order to study the effect of soil organic matter content of soil orchard on soil nitrogen nutrition in Qingyang area, the comparative analysis of the soil organic matter content and nitrogen nutrition in 30 orchards and adjacent fields was conducted. The results showed that: the average organic matter content of orchard soil was 13.12g · kg-1, the average total nitrogen content was 0.75g · kg-1, the average available nitrogen content was 75.97mg · kg-1; the average content of organic matter in soil was 10.50g · kg -1, the average total nitrogen content was 0.70g · kg-1, and the average available nitrogen content was 52.50mg · kg-1. Compared with the soil nutrient content in the local field, the contents of organic matter, total nitrogen and available nitrogen in the orchard soil were higher. The correlation between soil organic matter and total nitrogen in the field was y = 0.064 3x + 0.032 4, the correlation coefficient R2 was 0.707 3, the correlation between total nitrogen and available nitrogen was y = 57.917x + 11.808, and the correlation coefficient R2 was 0.659 There was no significant correlation between organic matter and total nitrogen, total nitrogen and available nitrogen in orchard soil.
