“强调学生的主体地位”、“关注学情”已经成了一线教师的共识,可是,教师的“导”如何定位才能取得高效呢?特级教师薛法根老师提出了阅读教学的“三不教”:学生已懂的不教;学生能自己学懂的不教;教了学生也不懂的暂时不教。薛老师的观点明确地告诉我们:教师要“导”在学生知识能力的发展点上,要“导”在学生思维的最近发展区。教师的引导只有关注学生的知识起点,聚焦学生的思维,才能取得最大的效益。
“Emphasis on the dominant position of the student ”, “concerned about the learning ” has become the consensus of first-tier teachers, but how to position the teacher “guide ” to achieve high efficiency? “Three do not teach ”: students do not teach; students can learn their own do not teach; teach students do not know temporarily do not teach. Xue teacher’s point of view clearly tells us: teachers want “guide ” in the development of students’ knowledge and ability to “guide ” in the student thinking of the recent development zone. Teacher guidance only focus on the student’s knowledge starting point, focus on the thinking of students in order to achieve the greatest benefits.
