笔者在长期从事出入境边检业务工作的过程中,发现检查员在成长、成熟的过程中存在三个关键期,即入职培训关键期、交流培养关键期和纵向开发关键期。而且检查员成长关键期具有不可逆转的特点。如果检查员没能在成长关键期得到正确引导,即使以后回炉,也容易形成“夹生饭”。因此,我们必须把握检查员队伍的成长规律,抓住检查员成长三个关键期,确保检查员队伍又好又快的成长。
During the long-term business of immigration and border inspection, the author found that there are three key periods in the process of growth and maturity of inspectors, namely, the critical period for induction training, and the key period for communication and training and the critical period for longitudinal development. Moreover, the critical period for the inspector’s growth is irreversible. If the inspector fails to get the right guidance during the critical period of growth, it will be easy to form “cooked rice” even after it is returned to the stove. Therefore, we must grasp the law of growth of the inspectors and grasp the three critical periods for the growth of the inspectors so as to ensure good and rapid growth of the inspectors.
